You can see their website which business core focuses on self storage buildings and Xeal was hired by Dean Brown to market his website in his business niche via SEO practices.
It is very interesting to listen to this interview and Dean Brown gave a good background of the self storage buildings and the business involved in building pre-engineered commercial steel buildings for various purposes. It is interesting to note that the failure rate of making such buildings is only about 8%, compared to the typical real estate ventures which failure rate goes as far as 63%. I enjoyed listening to this podcast and it would be interesting to see more companies venturing into this lesser-known business niche.
