The floods that have hit Johor, particularly the town of Kota Tinggi, will not be good for businesses and companies looking to set up there. With the damage caused by the floods, real estate prices will most certainly go down and this will impact the economy of Kota Tinggi in the long run. The lack of action taken by the current government to resolve the business prospect issues will certainly worry the business community in the long run.
